Refund policy

We accept returns for local orders within Singapore. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Tags must be intact and unaltered

• Original packaging must be undamaged

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed.

Please note:

• Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
